From simple repairs to larger projects needing project and crew management, generally speaking, if there’s a problem, there’s some way we can help.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. I am a licensed and insured general contractor and handyman.
What is your service area?
We primarily serve Missoula and the surrounding areas (including Stevensville). Travel within a 10-mile radius is completely free.
Do you handle the purchasing of materials?
Estimates are broken down by labor and parts. We can source and pick up the necessary supplies for your project, which will be transparently billed to your final invoice alongside our standard hourly rate.
What type of projects do you take on?
We offer general contracting services (all phases), property maintenance, and handyman/home repair. This includes everything from complex jobs—like demolishing and rebuilding a deck, complete with stairs, handrails, and painting—to minor home repairs, such as patching drywall or fixing trim.
Do you take on large-scale commercial contracts?
We are currently expanding our capacity for commercial rental maintenance. We offer tailored retainer contracts starting at $250/unit for landlords looking for reliable, routine upkeep.
What happens if I want to change the scope of work after the project starts?
Any modification to the agreed scope, design, finishes, dimensions, or requested work requires a Change Order approved by the Contractor. Additional work will be billed at prices determined by Fulcrum Property Services and may extend the completion schedule.
What happens if you find hidden damage or problems during the project?
The contract price may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions are encountered. This includes hidden structural damage, code deficiencies, rot, insect damage, unsuitable framing, utility conflicts, market material cost fluctuations, or supply chain disruptions.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. We warrant workmanship for one (1) year from substantial completion against defects resulting from workmanship. This warranty excludes normal wear, abuse, acts of God, movement of the structure, or lack of maintenance.
